Melissa Greenstein is a regional Emmy-award winning journalist with sixteen years’ experience working in television news. She grew up near Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications.

Melissa spent seven years in the news division at CNN in both Atlanta and New York. She then ventured cross-country and worked as a writer/producer at KCBS/KCAL and KTLA in Los Angeles. In 2006, she and her husband, Jeff, returned to his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri where Melissa became a news producer at KCTV5. After leaving KCTV5, she worked at KMBC, and then later became the Executive Producer of Special Projects at KSHB-TV in 2011.

Melissa, Jeff, and their two daughters live in Leawood, Kansas.
