Actress and Missouri native Ellie Kemper from NBC’s hit show “The Office” will host the 34th Annual Emmy® Awards Gala.  For the second year in a row, the Gala will be held in the Majestic Ballroom of the St. Louis Renaissance Grand Hotel. 

Kemper stars as Erin Hannon, Dunder Mifflin’s receptionist on “The Office.”  Ellie is a 1998 graduate of John Burroughs High School in St. Louis and a 2002 graduate of Princeton University.  She has appeared on multiple national TV shows including The Tonight Show, Late Night with Conan O’Brien and The Colbert Report, and is a contributor to the national satirical newspaper The Onion, as well as The Huffington Post.
